Scott Ashmore
With 30 years of construction experience, Scott started his career in road work construction during the summer of 1991. Scott Graduated from Iowa State University in December 1993, and began full-time employment in the construction industry during Spring 1994 as a crew supervisor and later as a project superintendent. In 1998, he began working in a project management role with a focus on concrete paving and concrete production. From 2004 to 2012, Scott was the Concrete Division Manager for a large Heavy Civil contractor with projects, crews, and portable high volume concrete batch plants operating in multiple states. From 2012 to 2018, Scott became the Houston Area Division Manager for the large Heavy Civil contractor with multiple projects contracted with a variety of public entities: Texas Department of Transportation, Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority, Harris County Toll Road Authority, Houston Airport System, Harris County, Harris County Flood Control District, NASA JSC, and San Jacinto River Authority.
